In celebration of reaching 5k Instagram followers we are hosting a virtual 5k with prizes for the top three finishers.

Your times must be posted in our strava on or before aug 15. If you’re in the OC area Ethan is hosting a race event at Corona Del Mar High School on the 14th. Warm is at 6:00pm and the race starts at 6:30pm

Something We Learned this Week

If your a runner, your shoes actually may need to recover like your body.

The foam and cushioning in your running shoes may need up to 24 hours between runs in order to fully recover. If the cushion isn’t fully recovered it may lead to injury. Depending how often your running you may even want to invest in a second pair of shoes and have an A/B rotation.
